椭圆翅片管的流动传热特性及积灰磨损规律研究

【摘要】 利用Fluent有限元模拟软件对分离式热管蒸发端翅片管束的流动传热以及积灰冲蚀特性进行数值仿真。分析结果显示:换热量和进出口压降随烟气进口速度的增大而增大,随管间距的增大而减小;管壁和翅片处的烟尘颗粒沉积率以及平均冲蚀率随烟气进口速度的增加而上升,随管间距的增加而下降。探究分离式热管换热器蒸发端烟气的流动传热特性及积灰磨损情况,为提高分离式热管换热器性能以及提升锅炉系统整体效能提供充分的理论指导。

【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of heat transfer and ash wear of finned tube bundles is carried out by Fluent finite element simulation software. The analysis results show that the heat transfer and the pressure drop between inlet and outlet increase with the increase of the inlet velocity of the flue gas, and decrease with the increase of the tube spacing. The soot particle deposition rate and the average erosion rate at the tube wall and fin increase with the increase of the flue gas inlet velocity and decrease with the increase of the tube spacing. This paper explores the heat transfer characteristics and ash wear of the flue gas in the evaporation end of separaterd heat pipe exchanger, and provides sufficient theoretical guidance for improving the performance of the separated heat pipe exchanger and improving the overall efficiency of the boiler system.
