盾构隧道嵌缝硅酮密封胶的性能研究

【摘要】 为改善隧道环境下的嵌缝密封问题,以脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶为隧道注浆嵌缝密封材料,研究其胶料黏度、交联剂、填料、增黏剂对密封胶性能的影响。通过测定其力学性能、黏合性能、表干时间及黏度表征,并测试其在高温、各类酸、碱、中性水环境中对水泥块的黏接性能以及表征其耐久性,探索设计性能更佳的硅酮胶配方。结果表明:黏度为20 000 mPa·s的α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷性能较好,表干时间短,黏度较低,易于施工;以轻质碳酸钙为填料添加剂时,材料力学、黏合性能及施工性能较优异;在胶料、填料、交联剂相同时,添加γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的力学性能及黏合性能明显优于其他增黏剂;交联剂选用乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷、二甲基二丁酮肟基硅烷三者皆为4 phr时材料的性能表现优于单一种类交联剂用量较高的配方。此配方硅酮胶在所有环境情况中性能表现优异,符合工程应用标准,可为盾构隧道防渗漏注浆嵌缝密封材料提供参考。

【Abstract】 Ketoxime silicone sealant was used as the tunnel joint sealing material to improve the joint sealing in tunnel. The influences of viscosity, crosslinking agent, filler, and thickening agent on the sealant performance were studied. The performances were characterized by measuring the mechanical properties, adhesive properties, surface drying time, and viscosity. The bonding performance of silicone to cementitious blocks were tested, i.e., in high temperature, various acid, alkali, and neutral water environments, to characterize the durability. The design of silicone adhesive formulations with better performance was explored. The result indicates that α, ω-dihydroxy polydimethyl siloxane with viscosity of 20 000 mPa·s has good properties of short surface drying time, low viscosity, and being easy to apply. When using lightweight calcium carbonate as the filler additive, the material’s mechanical, adhesive, and construction properties are superior. The mechanical and adhesive properties of γ-aminopropyl triethoxy silane are significantly better than other viscosity increasers when the adhesive, filler, and crosslinking agent are same. The performance of material is better than that with high dosage of a single type of crosslinking agent when the crosslinking agent is selected as 4 phr of ethylene based tributone oxime silane, methyl tributone oxime silane, and dimethyl dibutanone oxime silane. This formula of silicone adhesive exhibits excellent performances in all environmental conditions, and meets the engineering application standards, providing the reference for anti-seepage grouting and sealing materials for shield tunnels.
