【摘要】 目的 ：了解临床护士结合中国传统文化为终末期患者实施叙事护理的体验，为本土化叙事护理的临床推广提供参考。方法 ：采用滚雪球抽样法，选取12名为终末期患者实施过叙事护理的临床护士进行半结构式访谈，采用主题分析法分析资料。结果 ：为终末期患者实施本土化叙事护理的过程中，临床护士的体验包括临床变革、实践历程、自我获益、困境与挑战4个主题。结论 ：通过对终末期患者实施本土化叙事护理，既缓解了临终患者的痛苦，也提升了护士的职业价值感，但叙事护理实践也面临着较多的挑战，需要来自管理层及组织层面的支持，以确保本土化叙事护理实践的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the experience of clinical nurses on implementing narrative nursing for terminal patients in combination with Chinese traditional culture, and to provide reference for the clinical promotion of localized narrative nursing. Methods: Using snowball sampling method, 12 clinical nurses with narrative nursing experience in terminal patients were selected for semi-structured interviews, and the transcripts were analyzed by theme analysis method. Results: In the process of implementing localized narrative nursing for terminal patients, the experience of clinical nurses included four themes: clinical revolution, practice course, self-benefit, and dilemma and challenge. Conclusion: The implementation of localized narrative nursing for terminal patients not only alleviates the pain of patients, but also enhances the professional value of clinical nurses. However, narrative nursing practice also faces many challenges, and the support from management and organization level is needed to ensure the sustainable development of localized narrative nursing practice.更多还原
