【摘要】 选取2010—2021年中国的30个省级区域数据，构建绿色金融指标体系和制造业高质量发展指标体系，从技术创新和环境规制视角检验绿色金融助推制造业高质量发展的效应和机制。实证结果表明，绿色金融对制造业高质量发展具有显著的正向推动作用，在区域、产业结构和科技投入方面呈现出明显地异质性效果。此外，绿色金融能够通过技术创新和环境规制两个作用途径，推动制造业高质量发展。据此提出要不断完善绿色金融产品体系、制定绿色金融差异化发展策略、提高技术创新水平、完善环境规制机制的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects the data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2010 to 2021, constructs the green finance indicator system and the high-quality development indicator system for the manufacturing industry, and examines the effect and mechanism of green finance boosting the high-quality development of China′s manufacturing industry from the perspective of technological innovation and environmental regulation. The empirical results show that green finance has a significant positive promoting effect on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and presents a significant heterogeneity effect in terms of region, industrial structure and scientific & technological input. In addition, green finance can promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry through technological innovation and environmental regulation. Therefore, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions as follows: to improve the green financial product system, to formulate the differentiated development strategy of green finance, to improve the level of technological innovation, and perfect the environmental regulation and mechanism.更多还原
