【Abstract】 This paper primarily examines 29 different forms and 28 different lengths of Luban-rulers,posits that the core connotation of Luban-ruler is manifested by the modular relationship between a whole ruler and a half ruler and the length of the unite; the complex ruler surface is resulted from the particular social and cultural background. The conclusion is drawn from analysises on historical documentations, fieldworks and previous research achievements.更多还原
