【摘要】 李晨阳新著《重塑儒学：与时俱进的探索》对当代儒学研究作出了一个重要的方法论区分，即哲学进路与史学进路。史学进路是进行历史重构，而哲学进路乃是进行理性重构。李晨阳论证人们应该避免利用历史进路来批评哲学进路，强调当代儒学研究应当注重哲学进路，应当根据古代儒家的总体态度和哲学框架，并诉诸中西比较研究的方法，为儒家提出在现代条件下共享其态度和框架的人们所应持有的新观点、新理论。当然李晨阳重构的儒家和谐哲学在学理上也有很多需要商榷的地方，因为它将“和”作为儒家最关键、最基本的价值，降低了儒家“仁”德的基础地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article provides an overview of Chenyang Li’s new book, Reshaping Confucianism: A Progressive Inquiry, which makes an important methodological distinction within contemporary Confucian studies-namely, the distinction between the philosophical and historical approaches. While the historical approach centers on historical reconstruction, the philosophical approach involves rational reconstruction. Li contends that critique between these two approaches should be avoided, advocating for a primary focus on the philosophical approach in modern Confucian studies. This approach should draw from the overarching attitude and philosophical framework of ancient Confucianism, employing comparative research methods between Chinese and Western philosophies to generate fresh perspectives and theories relevant to individuals influenced by Confucian ideals in contemporary settings. Additionally, the article engages in theoretical critiques of Li’s reconstructed Confucian philosophy of ren( harmony), highlighting concerns about the elevation of “ harmony” to a paramount value, potentially overshadowing the foundational importance of ren(humaneness) within Confucian thought.更多还原
