基于OBE理念、学科交叉与科教融合的新林科人才培养路径探索——以江西农业大学为例
【摘要】 科学技术的发展和我国生态文明发展战略需求,对高校林学专业人才培养提出新的要求。针对高校林学专业课程体系专业知识分隔、与现代林业发展和国家生态文明建设需求不适应以及教师科研与教学不协调等问题,江西农业大学开展新林科人才培养模式改革。基于OBE教学理念,以课程思政、学科交叉和科教融合为驱动,构建“目标-案例-实践”新林科教学模式。探索出教师将科研、教研和实习基地建设相结合的融合新途径,并取得一定科技与教学相互融合的成果。建立多学科融合的案例库。增设智慧林业新林科专业,已列入本科专业目录,并顺利招生,推动了教师跨学科领域能力、实践能力及教学能力的提升,促进学生培养质量显著提高。
【Abstract】 The development of science and technology and China’s ecological civilization development strategy needs, new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of forestry professional talents in colleges and universities. The reform of the new forestry personnel training mode was carried out in Jiangxi Agricultural University, to solve the problems of forestry professional training in colleges and universities, such as that the professional knowledge in the curriculum system segregated from each other is not compatible with the development of modern forestry and the needs of the national ecological civilization construction, and the teachers’ scientific research is not coordinated with teaching. Based on the OBE teaching concept, the new forestry teaching mode of "goal-case-practice" has been constructed with the driving force of curriculum ideology, interdisciplinary and science-education integration. New paths are being explored regarding the integration of faculty research, teaching and research, and internship base building, and some results have been achieved in integrating science and technology with teaching. A new engineering major of Intelligent Forestry has been created, which has been listed in the catalogue of undergraduate majors and successfully enrolled students. It has promoted the improvement of teachers’ interdisciplinary competence, engineering practice ability and teaching ability,and contributed to the significant improvement of the quality of student training.
