地方高校教学督导现状探讨
【摘要】 地方高校是应用型人才培养的主力军。教学督导是人才培养质量的过程性保障,但是地方高校在转型发展过程中,教学督导的体系、机制和成效与人才培养目标需求可能一定程度上不相称,主要表现为职能定位需要更清晰,工作机制需要更优化,督导权威需要更充分,主体协调需要更通畅,内容体系需要更全面,信息化水平亟需提高。遵循立德树人和“三全育人”指导思想,发挥现代教育技术、大数据技术的优势,全面提升教学督导研究、监督、引导、咨询和参谋等服务水平,是督导体系改革和发展的必然方向。
【Abstract】 Local universities are the main force of application-oriented personnel training. Teaching supervision is the process guarantee of talent training quality,however, in the transformational development of local universities, the system, mechanism and effectiveness of teaching supervision may be incommensurate with the goal of talent training, and themainshow as follows, unclear functional positioning, imperfect work mechanism, insufficient supervision authority, disharmonious subject relationships, incomplete content system, and insufficient information construction. It is the inevitable direction of the reform and development of the supervision system to practice the guiding ideology of cultivating people by virtue and educating people in three complete educations,to give full play to the advantages of modern educational technology and big data technology, and to comprehensively improve the service level, such as research, supervision, guidance and consultation.
