在线学习者学习行为研究——基于扎根理论的探索分析

【摘要】 近年来，在线学习凭借较强的包容性、便利性、课程丰富多样性等优点发展迅速，但是其在带来许多便利的同时也面临着辍学率高的问题，如何提高在线课程的完成率是一个亟待解决的问题。为更深层次地探寻在线学习者学习行为的影响因素和内在机理，采用扎根理论方法，对学习者的学习过程进行探索，并以此构建出在线学习者学习行为的理论模型，给出促进在线课程完成率提高的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, online learning has developed rapidly with its advantages of strong inclusiveness, convenience, and rich diversity of courses, but it also faces the problem of high dropout rate while bringing many conveniences, and how to improve the completion rate of online courses is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to explore the influencing factors and internal mechanisms of online learners’ learning behavior at a deeper level, this paper adopts a grounded theoretical method to explore the learning process of learners, constructs a theoretical model of online learners’ learning behavior, and puts forward suggestions to promote the improvement of online course completion rate.更多还原
