【Abstract】 The mentor is the first responsible person for the cultivation of graduate students. The relationship between tutor and postgraduate is the key for ensuring the quality of postgraduate education. In the new era of moral education reinforced, the relationship between tutor and postgraduate is facing severe challenges. In this paper, to overcome the practical difficulties, the strategies are provided based on optimizing admission policy and educational program, improving the tutor’s educational ability,exploring the dialogue mechanism between tutor and postgraduate, and strengthening the consciousness of moral education.更多还原
