基于模糊层次分析法的食品质量与安全专业导论课程设计
【摘要】 模糊层次分析法是一种将定性与定量结合的、系统化的、层次化的方法,可为量化评价指标、选择最优方案提供依据。食品质量与安全专业导论是一门专业引导性必修课,对增强学生的专业意识非常重要。该文利用模糊层次分析法,对导论课程的CDIO教学模式进行探索,综合基础知识、个人能力、人际交往能力和工程系统能力四个因素分别对课程计划的制定、学生考核评估体系、课堂学时分配三个问题进行分析,并引入教学效果函数的概念,建立“学时分配最佳效果”模型,为导论课程的CDIO教学模式提供参考。
【Abstract】 Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) is a systematic and hierarchical method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, which can provide a basis for quantifying evaluation and optimal scheme selecting. Introduction of Food Quality and Safety is a professional guiding compulsory course, which is very important to enhance students’ professional awareness. This paper explores the CDIO mode of the Introduction by using FAHP. It analyzes the formulation of the curriculum plan, the assessment system of students, and the allocation of class hours by integrating four factors, including basic knowledge, personal ability,interpersonal communication ability, and engineering system ability. It also introduces the concept of teaching effect function to establish the model of "the best effect of class hour allocation". It provides reference for CDIO mode of Introduction.
