高等院校跨地域间校际交换培养模式探索

【Abstract】 Exchange training mode is one of the ways for universities to jointly cultivate talents, whether in the undergraduate or graduate stage. For the new exploration of talent cultivating, the training mode of exchange students is bound to become a new topic for each university to explore. In this paper, it is expounded for the significance of intercollegiate exchange culture during the university period, many educational problems are probed into that affect the intercollegiate exchange mode of universities, and some countermeasures are put forward to improve the intercollegiate exchange education and training mode.更多还原
