蜗杆砂轮位置变化对展成磨齿齿面偏差的影响
Influence of Position Change of Worm Wheel on Tooth Profile Error of Generative Grinding
【摘要】 圆柱齿轮展成磨齿过程中,不同的蜗杆砂轮位置误差对齿面磨削精度的影响不同。应用双参数包络理论建立了蜗杆砂轮展成磨削的数学模型,分析了齿面的啮合迹线分布规律。通过含蜗杆砂轮位置误差的齿面偏差计算模型计算齿轮的端面廓形误差。通过对比分析得到齿廓偏差、齿厚偏差与砂轮位置变化规律,为分析展成磨齿误差来源和提高蜗杆砂轮展成磨齿精度提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 During the generative grinding of cylindrical gears, different worm wheel position errors have different effects on the grinding accuracy of the tooth surface.In this paper, the mathematical model of worm wheel generative grinding is established and the distribution law of the meshing trace of the tooth surface is analyzed by using the two-parameter envelope theory.Based on the calculation model of tooth surface deviation including the position error of the worm wheel, the end surface profile error of the gear is calculated.The correlation law between tooth profile deviation, tooth thickness deviation, and wheel position change is obtained according to the comparative analysis results, which provides a theoretical reference for analyzing the source of generative grinding error and improving the generative grinding accuracy of worm wheel.
