高管动态管理能力对关键技术攻关的影响——基于跨界整合创新的中介作用

【摘要】 现有关键技术攻关相关研究尚未深入揭示高管团队如何引领企业实现高难度的技术创新目标。本文运用动态管理能力理论提出,综合高管团队的管理认知、人力资本和社会资本等3种维度的动态管理能力是影响关键技术攻关的重要因素,由此构建理论模型开展研究并考察跨界整合创新的中介作用,得到以下结论:高管动态管理能力显著促进关键技术攻关,而跨界整合创新对此起到中介作用。本文合理地解构出高管在关键技术攻关中发挥作用的影响机制,深化了关键技术攻关影响因素之间关联机制的理论认知。同时,本文的创新性研究方法为未来开展相关的研究提供了可行的解决方案。其实践意义在于引导企业在技术创新突破过程中高度重视打造有动态管理能力的管理团队。

【Abstract】 Existing research on the breakthroughs of key technological has yet to comprehensively reveal how executive teams lead enterprises to achieve challenging technological innovation goals.This paper applies the theory of dynamic managerial capability,proposing that dynamic managerial capability,encompassing executive team managerial cognition,human capital,and social capital,is a crucial factor influencing key technological breakthroughs.Building on this,a theoretical model is constructed to investigate and examine the intermediary role of cross-boundary integrated innovation.The study concludes that top executives’ dynamic management capabilities significantly advance key technological breakthroughs,with cross-boundary integrated innovation playing an intermediary role.We systematically deconstruct the mechanism through which executives contribute to key technological breakthroughs,deepening the theoretical understanding of the interrelated mechanisms among influencing factors in key technological breakthroughs.Additionally,our paper innovates the research methodology providing a feasible solution for future related studies.The practical significance lies in guiding enterprises to prioritize the development of management teams with dynamic managerial capability along the progress of technological innovation breakthroughs.
