【摘要】 目的 基于高校教师立德树人评价的内容，探讨有效落实当代公共卫生研究生导师立德树人职责的路径。方法 采用德尔菲法优化和建立评价指标体系，分析公共卫生研究生导师和研究生的反馈情况，明确有效落实导师立德树人职责的路径。结果 立德树人职责履行得分中等的导师比例较高（41.8%），得分较低的导师比例较低（17.9%），进一步分层分析结果显示，女性导师评价高于男性导师（P<0.05）。251名公共卫生专业学位研究生对导师立德树人职责评价情况，得分中等导师比例较高（43.2%），进一步分层分析结果显示研一学生对导师评价高于其他年级（P<0.05），本科专业为护理类研究生对导师评价高于其他专业（P<0.05）。结论 研究有助于丰富研究生导师立德树人理论体系，引导研究生导师履行立德树人职责，进一步提升公共卫生高层次人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveBased on the content of the evaluation of university teachers’ moral education,to discuss the path to effectively implement the responsibility of contemporary public health graduate tutor to promote moral education.MethodsThe Delphi method was used to optimise and establish the evaluation index system,and the feedback from public health graduate tutors and postgraduates was analysed,so as to clarify the path for the effective implementation of tutors’ moral education responsibilities.ResultsThe evaluation index system evaluated the fulfilment of tutors’ moral education responsibility,the proportion of tutors with medium scores was higher(41.8%),while the proportion of tutors with lower scores was lower(17.9%),and further stratified analysis showed that the evaluation of female tutors was higher than that of male mentors(P<0.05). A total of 251 postgraduate students of the degree of public health evaluated their tutors’ moral education responsibility,and the proportion of tutors with medium scores was higher(43.2%),and further stratified analysis showed that first year postgraduate students evaluated their tutors higher than other grades(P<0.05),and graduate students whose undergraduate degree were nursing evaluated their mentors higher than other majors(P<0.05).ConclusionIt study helps to enrich the theoretical system of graduate tutors’ moral education,guide graduate tutors in fulfilling their moral education responsibilities,and further enhance the quality of high-level talents training in public health.更多还原
