【摘要】 本文探讨资源拼凑调节作用下服务导向对知识搜索、服务创新绩效的影响机理，利用回归分析对309家制造企业进行实证研究。结果表明，服务导向显著正向影响制造企业服务创新绩效；知识搜索在服务导向与制造企业服务创新绩效关系中起到部分中介作用；资源拼凑不仅在知识搜索与制造企业服务创新绩效的关系中起调节作用，还正向调节知识搜索在服务导向与制造企业服务创新绩效间的中介作用，即存在被调节的中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the mechanism of service orientation on knowledge search and service in-novation performance under the moderating effect of resource bricolage,and studies 309 manufacturing e-nterprises using regression analysis. The results show that service orientation significantly and positively affects service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. Knowledge search plays apartially m-ediating role in the relationship between service orientation and service innovation performance of manuf-acturing enterprises. Resource bricolage plays a moderating role in the relationship between Knowledge s-earch and service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and positively moderates the inter-mediary role of knowledge search between service orientation and service innovation performance of man-ufacturing enterprises.
