快速冷却恒温控制系统设计研究
Design and Research of Thermostatic Control System for Rapid Cooling
【摘要】 在高分子聚合物材料研究开发和产品生产过程中,反应釜装置是聚合工艺体系中应用较为广泛的设备。如何有效解决聚合物在反应釜聚合过程中产生热量以及实现整个工艺控制体系对升温、降温、保温等的快速精准控制,成为该工艺体系的难点。本文针对其问题研究开发出可以快速升温、冷却、恒温反应釜装置。该工艺系统采用自动化控制系统,设置恒温机构循环与冷热机构循环的双循环温度控制机构来解决对聚合物聚合反应过程温度快速精准控制的问题。
【Abstract】 In the process of research and product production, the reactor device of polymer materials is one of the most widely used instruments in the polymerization process system. How to effectively solve the polymer in the reactor polymerization process heat, the entire process control system for the heating, cooling, insulation and other operations of the rapid and accurate control is the process of the system’s difficulties. In this paper, the research and development of its problems can be quickly warming, cooling, constant temperature reactor device. The process system adopts automated control system, and sets the double cycle temperature control mechanism of constant temperature mechanism circulation and hot and cold mechanism circulation to solve the problem of rapid and accurate temperature control of polymer polymerization reaction process.
