【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology and the progress of technology, the traditional handmade papermaking technology has been strongly impacted by mechanical papermaking technology, and its inheritance and development are facing great challenges. Based on this, from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, this paper explores the content, dilemma and trend of the inheritance and development of traditional handmade papermaking skills in China, analyzes the core value of traditional handmade papermaking skills inheritance from the aspects of culture and economy, and proposes the protection and inheritance path of traditional handmade papermaking skills in the context of intangible cultural heritage.
