诺氟沙星印迹电化学传感器的制备及检测性能
Preparation and Detection Performance of Norfloxacin Imprinted Electrochemical Sensor
【摘要】 针对诺氟沙星(NOR)的痕量检测,利用电化学分析和分子印迹聚合物的选择性优势,以掺杂高导电性材料的金属有机框架(MOF)为模拟酶,构筑了对NOR具有高灵敏度和选择性的电化学传感器.其中,分子印迹聚合物膜是以NOR为模板,邻苯二胺为功能单体通过电聚合方法获得.研究结果表明,制备的传感器对NOR的检测线性范围为1.0×10?7~1.0×10?5 mol/L,线性回归方程为I(μA)=?30.682?37.505lgc(mmol/L),相关系数为0.991,且检出限达到3.2×10?9 mol/L(S/N=3).在实际样品检测中,该传感器展现了高灵敏性(相对标准偏差为3.0%)和高准确性(回收率为96.6%~102.3%),表明其在药品用量检测和环境监测方面的应用潜力.
【Abstract】 Aiming at the trace detection of norfloxacin(NOR),an electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity for NOR was constructed by taking advantage of electrochemical analysis and the selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymers,and taking metal-organic framework(MOF) doped with highly conductive materials as a mimetic enzyme.Among them,the molecularly imprinted polymer membrane was obtained by electropolymerization with NOR as a template and o-phenylenediamine as a functional monomer.The results show that the linear range of the sensor is1.0×10?7—1.0×10?5mol/L,the linear regression equation is I=-30.682-37.505lgc,the correlation coefficient is0.987,and the detection limit reaches 3.2×10?9 mol/L.In the detection of actual samples,the sensor shows high sensitivity(relative standard deviation is 3.0%) and high accuracy(recovery rate is 96.6%—102.3%),which shows that it has application potential in drug dosage detection and environmental monitoring.
