【摘要】 本研究以“整体胜任力模型”为理论依据，通过关键事件访谈和德尔菲法探析了PBL教师胜任力的构成要素及其权重分配，从而形成由“PBL知识基础”、“项目设计胜任力”“项目管理胜任力”“学习促进胜任力”和“教学研究胜任力”这5项一级构成要素和20项二级构成要素组成的PBL教师胜任力模型，实证调查的结果表明该模型对PBL教师胜任力进行了结构化、系统化的表征，能够作为测评中小学教师实施PBL的胜任力水平的工具使用。在实践应用中，该模型既能作为评价工具用于PBL教师的管理，也能作为参考工具用于PBL教师的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the “Holistic Model of Competence”, this study analyzed the constituent elements and weight distribution of PBL teacher competence through key event interviews and Delphi method. Thus forming a PBL teacher competence model consisting of five primary constituent elements and 20 secondary constituent elements, namely “PBL knowledge foundation”, “project design competence”, “project management competence”, “learning promotion competence” and “teaching research competence”. The results of empirical investigation show that this model provides a structured and systematic characterization of PBL teacher competence and can be used as a tool to evaluate the level of teachers’ competence in implementing PBL. In addition, this study provides suggestions for the applications of the model in PBL teacher management and development.更多还原
