普及化高等教育的理论探索与经验总结——《普及化高等教育专论》研读与思考
Theoretical Exploration and Experience Summary in Universal Higher Education——Reading and Thinking of “Monograph on Universalization of Higher Education”
【摘要】 别敦荣老师是关于普及化高等教育著述最多、贡献突出的学者,通过对他的著作《普及化高等教育专论》收录的17篇期刊文章关键词进行梳理与讨论,介绍其主要学术观点,包括关于普及化阶段理念、人才、素质、功能、进程、转型等概念及内涵的变化,研究生教育、职业教育、继续教育、行业高校等层次和类型的优化调整,以及战略、制度、标准、资源、区域、国际化等方面的治理和管理现代化,有助于加深对于普及化高等教育的认识和思考。要胸怀“国之大者”,服务国家战略,持续提升高等教育竞争力,高质量迈进高等教育普及化中级和高级阶段。
【Abstract】 Dr. Bie Dunrong is a famous scholar with the most publications and great contribution on universal access to higher education. By examining and discussing the key words of 17 journal articles embodied in his “Monograph on Universalization of Higher Education”, the author introduces Dr. Bie’s principal academic views including the change of concepts and connotations of universal higher education in terms of idea, talent, quality, function, course, and transformation, the optimization and adjustment of graduate education, vocational education, continuing education, and industry colleges, as well as the governance and management modernization of strategy, system, standard, resources, region, and internationalization. This research aims at deeper understanding and thought of universal higher education. It is imperative to have the awareness of national priorities, serve national strategy, and improve the competitiveness of higher education continuously, so as to enter the intermediate and advanced phases of universal higher education with high quality.
