【Abstract】 The “four new” construction is an excellent opportunity for transforming colleges and universities and the key to specialty development.There are some problems in the “four new” integrated education of the Food Quality and Safety specialty, like insufficient correlation, outdated curriculum content, uneven distribution of resources, curriculum setting based on testing, and ignoring the control of the industrial production process.It is necessary to adjust the concept of professional development, training programs, and development strategies, promote the construction of discipline groups, break the barriers between disciplines, promote the development of professional integration, serve the strategy of rural revitalization, and provide a reference for the training of high-quality professionals.This article has mainly analyzed the problems in the professional development and talent cultivation of Food Quality and Safety and proposed reasonable suggestions.更多还原
