木麻黄不同家系种子品质及幼苗生长研究

【摘要】 为了综合评价木麻黄Casuarina equisetifolia家系种子品质并揭示种子特性、变异规律等对苗期生长的影响,对9个家系(湛江采种母树林)种子形态、千粒重、发芽特性、田间出苗率、育苗成活率和苗期生长量(6月龄、14月龄)进行测定分析。研究表明,木麻黄种子形态性状、千粒重(1.020~1.872 g)、发芽率(2.7%~67.3%)、发芽势(1.3%~66.0%)、发芽指数(0.26~10.24)及田间出苗率(2.5%~24.4%)在家系间均达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01),种子发芽率与发芽势、发芽指数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),千粒重与种子形态、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与育苗成活率、苗期生长量相关不显著, GD20、 GD22、 GD23这3个家系千粒重较大,发芽率较高,发芽迅速、整齐,苗期生长较快,可作为木麻黄育苗的首选家系。

【Abstract】 To comprehensively evaluate the seed quality of excellent families of Casuarina equisetifolia and to reveal the impact of seed characteristics and variation patterns on seedling growth,the seed morphological characteristics,thousand-seed weight,germination traits,field emergence rate,seedling survival rate,and seedling growth from nine families(collected from the mother tree forest in Zhanjiang) were measured and analyzed. The study revealed that seed morphological traits,thousand-seed weight(1. 020 g to 1. 872 g),germination rate( 2. 7% to 67. 3%),germination potential( 1. 3% to 66. 0%),germination index( 0. 26 to 10. 24),and field emergence rate(2. 5% to 24. 4%) all showed extremely significant differences among families(P<0. 01). The germination rate was positively and significantly correlated with germination potential and germination index(P <0. 05). The thousand-seed weight was significantly positively correlated with seed morphology,germination rate,germination potential,and germination index(P<0. 01),but not significantly correlated with seedling survival rate and seedling growth. The families GD20,GD22,and GD23 had heavier thousand-seed weight and higher germination rates,rapid and uniform germination,and faster seedling growth,which can be used as the preferred families for C. equisetifolia seedling cultivation.
