【摘要】 市政污泥作为大宗城市固废之一，其组分复杂且含有多种有毒物质，若处置不当，则会对居民生活和生态环境产生严重影响。本文对昆明市政污泥的理化性质以及目前处置现状进行阐述，分析了昆明市政污泥的特点以及处理处置历程。结果表明，昆明市政污泥的营养成分、重金属含量基本达到园林绿化泥质标准，其处置历程经历了四个时期，分别为粗放期、稳定期、小而散的处理处置期、多元化处理处置期，逐渐形成了土地利用和建材利用并行，卫生填埋为应急措施的污泥处置模式。结合目前昆明市污泥处置现状以及污泥处置存在的问题，提出了相应解决措施，为进一步优化昆明市政污泥的处置方法提供理论参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Municipal sludge is one of the bulk urban solid waste in Kunming, its composition is complex and contains a variety of toxic substances, if disposed of improperly, it will have a serious impact on the life and ecological environment of urban residents. This article explained the physical and chemical properties and the current situation of municipal sludge treatment in Kunming, analyzed the characteristics and the development course of disposal of municipal sludge in Kunming.The results show that the nutrient content and heavy metal content of Kunming municipal sludge basically meet the standard of landscaping mud, and its disposal process has gone through four periods, the extensive period, stable period, small and scattered treatment and disposal period, diversified treatment and disposal period,and gradually formed a sludge disposal mode in which land use and building materials utilization are parallel, and sanitary landfill is an emergency measure.
