过程强化理论与装备研发相结合,提升研究生工程化意识

【摘要】 化学工业作为国民基础支柱产业,其重要性不言而喻,随着国外对诸多技术的垄断控制,国家迫切需要一批能满足国家和企业要求的高质量人才,一方面可以应用相关专业知识解决实际生产问题,另一方面,也要打破国外垄断、突破技术瓶颈,建立拥有自主知识产权的先进化工装备。过程强化理论与技术是化学工业中一个快速发展的重要研究方向,目前已经在诸多领域中得到了广泛应用。而化学反应过程涉及一系列复杂的非线性动力学知识,这就要求学生掌握牢固的理论基础,而另一方面,培养单位也需要瞄准国家重大战略需求开展相关研究生培养工作,例如各种新兴技术的工业化、产业化和市场化等。建设和发展与生产实践相适应的教学内容及课程体系,是教学改革的重要发展方向。本文提出以化工过程强化理论与装备研发相结合的教学理念,形成产教融合的发展模式,助力培养高层次化工人才的工程意识、创新能力和战略思维。

【Abstract】 Chemical industry has played a significant role in our country as a basic pillar industry. With the technological monopoly by many foreign countries,more talents are urgently required. On the one hand, they can solve practical production problems by utilizing the professional knowledge, on the other hand, it is also necessary to break foreign monopolies, technological bottlenecks, and establish advanced chemical equipment with the independent intellectual property. The theory and technology of process intensification is a rapidly developing and important research direction of the chemical industry, which has been widely applied in various fields. The chemical reaction process involves a series of complex nonlinear dynamics knowledge, which requires a solid theoretical foundation for students. On the other hand, education organizations also need to target major national strategy to carry out related graduate training work, such as the industrialization,industrialization, and marketization of various emerging technologies. Building and developing teaching content and curriculum systems that are compatible with production practice is an important development direction of teaching reform. It proposes a teaching concept that combines chemical process enhancement theory with equipment research and development, forming a development model of industry and education, and helping to cultivate high-level chemical talents, engineering awareness, innovation ability, and strategic thinking.
