未来技术领军人才培养模式改革与实践
On Reform and Practice for Upcoming Technical Leaders Training Mode
【摘要】 新一轮科技革命和产业变革浪潮中,自主培养拔尖创新型人才成为国家核心竞争力重要战略资源。针对传统人才培养学科设置、培养模式、产学研联动等方面的问题,西安交通大学将未来技术学院作为创新人才培养模式改革“试验田”,坚持项目驱动建设原则,孵化高精尖缺技术引领方向,实施校企联合招生模式,构建本研贯通培养方案,落实校企协同双导师制,校企共建产学研深度融合创新联合体,积极构建未来技术领军人才项目制驱动培养方案、促进科技创新有机结合,在充分发挥本校传统学科优势基础上,培养未来技术领军人才和新时代拔尖创新人才。
【Abstract】 In the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, independent training of top-notch innovative talents has become an important strategic resource for the country’s core competitiveness. In view of the problems left over from traditional talent training in terms of discipline setting, training mode and industry-university-research linkage, Xi ’an Jiaotong University regards institute of future technology as the “experimental field” for the reform of innovative talent training mode, adheres to the principle of project-driven construction, incubates high-tech and lacks technology to lead the way, implements the joint enrollment mode between schools and enterprises, constructs a training scheme that integrates research with research, implements the dual tutorial system of school-enterprise collaboration, and builds a industry-university-research integration and innovation consortium. Actively explore the construction scheme of excellent engineer curriculum group, actively promote the organic combination of talent training, engineering practice and scientific and technological innovation, and cultivate compound innovative outstanding engineering and scientific talents with international vision on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of traditional disciplines of our university.
