地方高校本科生工程创业教育何以成为可能——常州大学机器人产业学院工程教育改革的案例分析
How is Undergraduate Engineering Entrepreneurship Education Possible in Local Universities——A Case Study on Engineering Education Reform at the Robotics Industry College of Changzhou University
【摘要】 李泽湘教授的“学院派硬科技创业”在众多创业模式中备受关注。常州大学机器人产业学院通过“工程为基、创业牵引、多元成长”的人才培养模式,验证了地方高校本科生工程创业教育的可行性与有效性。该模式以“产品经理”为中值设置弹性人才培养目标,构建面向工程应用、整合多学科知识的模块化课程体系,并依托“工程+创业”双轮驱动,打造跨学科、进阶式项目集群。教改成效表明,该模式有效促进了学生的多元成长,实现了工科学生由传统单一的B端就业向C端创业的转化;同时,工程教育也在创业教育的反哺下,实现了自我超越与革新。
【Abstract】 Professor Li Zexiang’s “academic-oriented hard-tech entrepreneurship” has gained notable recognition among entrepreneurial models. The Robotics Industry College at Changzhou University exemplifies the feasibility and effectiveness of undergraduate engineering entrepreneurship education in local universities through its “engineering as the foundation, entrepreneurship as the driver, and diversified development” talent cultivation model. This model establishes flexible training objectives centered on the “product manager” role, develops a modular curriculum system that integrates engineering applications and interdisciplinary knowledge, and harnesses the synergy of “engineering+entrepreneurship” to build interdisciplinary and progressive project clusters. The reform outcomes demonstrate success in fostering students’ diversified growth. This approach empowers engineering students to transition from traditional B2B employment toward customer-oriented entrepreneurship. Additionally, engineering education itself has achieved self-renewal and innovation, propelled by the reciprocal enrichment brought by entrepreneurship education.
