【摘要】 提升高职院校产教融合有效性是实现高职院校高质量发展的必由之路。基于相关文献阅读及政策文本分析，通过几轮专家论证，构建了一个包括3个一级指标、13个二级指标和40个三级指标的高职院校产教融合有效性评价指标体系，并采用德尔菲法和AHP法对各级指标项进行权重分配，构建了产教融合有效指数模型。对每一个三级指标项的有效性各设计了2～5个评价要素项及其五级评价标准的矩阵量表题。以随机抽样的方式对全国26所高职院校产教融合有效性进行了实证研究。结果显示：高职院校产教融合有效性整体平均水平处于中阶稍偏上的中位阶段，与产教融合有效性预期目标有一定差距；在专业设置调整、专业产业匹配度、培养方案制定等方面处于较高位高阶段，但整体上尚有增效空间；在科技成果水平、国际影响力、技术服务经费、教师教学能力和学生技能水平等方面处于低位低阶段，需要着力完善机制举措，提升成效水平。基于实证研究结论，提出了提升高职院校产教融合有效性的八条建议对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the industry-education integration effectiveness in higher vocational colleges is the necessary step to realize the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. Firstly, based on the survey method, literature method and policy text analysis, through several rounds of expert argumentation, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the industry-education integration effectiveness in higher vocational colleges, which including three primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators. The Delphi method and AHP method are used to distribute the weight of index items at all levels, and the effective index model of industry-education integration is constructed. Then, for the effectiveness of each three-level index item, about 2-5 evaluation element items and their five-level evaluation criteria are designed. Thirdly, this papermakes an empirical study on the industry-education integration effectiveness in 26 higher vocational colleges by random sampling. The results show the industry-education integration effectiveness in higher vocational colleges: first, the overall average level is in the middle stage slightly above the middle level, which is far from the expected goal of the industry-education integration effectiveness. Second, the adjustment of specialty setting, the matching degree of specialty-industry and the formulation of training program are at a higher level, but there is still room for efficiency improvement in general. Third, the level of scientific and technological achievements, international influence, technical service funds, teachers’ teaching ability and students’ skill level are at a low level. We need to focus on improving mechanisms and measures to improve the level of effectiveness. Finally, based on the enlightenment of the above empirical research conclusions, eight suggestions and countermeasures to improve the industry-education integration effectiveness in higher vocational colleges are given.更多还原
