跨学科工程教育基层教学组织的研究与实践

【摘要】 基层教学组织是高等学校管理体制中集行政管理、教学、科研、课程建设等功能于一体的最基层的单元,是教学、科研工作的具体承担者和组织者,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务、提升教学质量、保障人才培养目标实现的基础。跨学科工程教育基层教学组织突破了传统学科专业边界和传统教学基层组织边界,对于创新性复合型人才培养具有重要作用。本文在分析跨学科工程教育基层教学组织的基本特征、功能、内涵的基础上,借鉴麻省理工学院NEET计划模式,结合重庆大学工程教育的实际情况进行了探索与实践。

【Abstract】 The basic teaching organization is the most basic teaching unit in management system of universities, which integrates the functions of administration, teaching, research and course construction, and is the specific undertaker and organizer of teaching and research. The basic teaching organization is also the basis for universities to implement the fundamental task of building moral character and cultivating people, improve teaching quality and ensure the goal of learning objectives can be achieved. The basic teaching organization on interdisciplinary engineering education breaks through the boundaries of traditional disciplines and teaching organizations, and it plays an important role in cultivating innovative and compound talents. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics, functions and connotations of the basic teaching organization on interdisciplinary engineering education, this article uses MIT NEET program for reference, and describes how Chongqing University explores and practices combined with its own engineering education.
