人工智能技术在发电厂智能化建设中的应用与挑战
Applications and Challenges of AI Technology in Power Plant Intelligent Construction
【摘要】 随着人工智能技术进步与可再生能源的兴起,新型电力系统正逐渐转向更加智能化、更加安全可控与灵活高效,发电厂智能化成为能源行业发展的必然趋势。为此,分析人工智能的常用方法及其技术特点,围绕发电厂智能化的技术架构展开论述,探讨人工智能技术在新能源场站出力预测、机组运行控制、辅助值班监盘、设备故障诊断与趋势预测等具体应用场景,并进一步分析大模型技术在发电厂智能化建设中的应用趋势。最后总结发电厂智能化在算法、数据与应用层面的技术挑战与展望,为发电厂智能化建设与研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the advancement of artificial intelligence(AI) technology and the rise of renewable energy, new power system is gradually shifting towards greater intelligence, safety, controllability, flexibility, and efficiency, and the intelligentization of power plants has become an inevitable trend in the development of the energy industry. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the common methods and technical characteristics of AI, then discusses the technical architecture of intelligent power plants, and the specific application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in new energy station output prediction, unit operation control, auxiliary duty monitoring, equipment fault diagnosis and trend prediction. It also analyzes the application trend of large model technology in power plants intelligent construction. Finally, the paper summarizes the challenges and prospects of intelligent power plants in terms of algorithms, data, and applications, providing reference for the research of power plant intelligent construction.
