湿陷性黄土场地某建筑应急抢险加固工程质量检测与评估
Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Emergency Reinforcement Project of a Building in Collapsible Loess Site
【摘要】 处于湿陷性黄土场地某住宅楼出现持续不均匀沉降,沉降速率大于规范限值,导致该住宅楼顶点水平位移超过规范限值,建筑存在严重的安全隐患。鉴于此,对该住宅楼采用静压钢管桩对地基基础进行了应急抢险加固,通过地基基础加固首先制止建筑不均匀沉降,再进行整体顶升纠偏处理,使之恢复到安全与正常使用功能。加固与纠偏后,该建筑顶点水平位移恢复到规范要求范围,沉降速率达到规范要求的稳定状态以内。既有建筑应急抢险加固施工质量的检测与评估贯穿于整个施工的全过程,在整个施工阶段需对各类原材料和施工过程进行试验检测,工程完工后再根据试验检测数据结合抢险加固设计对加固后的建筑整体进行评估,评估其加固工程施工质量与加固后整体建筑的安全性。
【Abstract】 The continuous uneven settlement occurred in a residential building in collapsible loess site,and the settlement rate was higher than the standard limit,resulting in the horizontal displacement of the top of the building exceeding the standard limit,and the building had serious security risks. In view of this,for the residential building adopts the static pressure steel pipe pile foundation for the emergency rescue and reinforcement,first through foundation reinforcement to prevent differential settlement of the building,and then to rectify integrally jack-up processing,restore to the safety and normal use function. After reinforcement and rectification,the building is to restore the vertex horizontal displacement specification requirements,the settlement rate is within the stable state required by the specification. Existing buildings emergency rescue and reinforcement construction quality inspection and evaluation through the whole process of construction,in the whole construction stage to test,all kinds of raw materials and construction process after the completion of the project again according to the construction stage of raw materials and construction process of test data,combined with rescue and reinforcement design to evaluate after reinforcement construction as a whole,Evaluate the construction quality and safety of the whole building after reinforcement.
