质量引射对高速飞行器气动热的影响规律研究
Research on the Influence of Surface Injection on the Aerodynamic Heating of High-Speed Aircraft
【摘要】 质量引射现象广泛存在于高速飞行器主、被动热防护系统中,厘清该效应对气动热环境的影响机理,在飞行器高效热防护系统设计方面有重要意义。针对这一问题,发展了质量引射条件下的气动热环境数值计算方法,开展了高速来流下引射气体质量流率的大小和空间分布对气动热环境影响规律的数值模拟研究。结果表明,质量引射将改变近壁面的速度场、温度场及二者间的协同关系,导致传热减弱;引射气体质量流率越大,降热效果越明显;总质量流量相同时,引射气体质量流率空间分布将影响壁面冷却效果。
【Abstract】 The phenomenon of surface injection is widely present in the active and passive thermal protection systems of high-speed aircraft. Clarifying the impact of this effect on the aerodynamic heating environment is of great significance in the design of efficient thermal protection systems for aircraft. In response to this issue, a numerical calculation method for aerodynamic heating environment under surface injection conditions has been developed, and numerical simulation studies have been conducted on the impact of the magnitude and spatial distribution of mass flow rate of injection gas on aerodynamic heating environment under high-speed inflow. The results indicate that surface injection will alter the velocity and temperature fields near the wall, as well as the synergistic relationship between the two fields, leading to weakened heat transfer. The larger the mass flow rate of the injected gas, the more significant the heat reduction effect. When the total mass flow rate is the same, the spatial distribution of the mass flow rate of the injected gas will affect the wall cooling effect.
