深共晶溶剂碳捕集性能的影响因素研究
Influencing Factors of Deep Eutectic Solvents on Carbon Capture Performance
【摘要】 近年来碳捕集技术受到了广泛关注,但是尚缺乏高效的碳捕集材料。本文合成了多种不同的深共晶溶剂(DES),从多个角度比较了材料吸附量的差异。乙醇胺(MEA)基的DES的吸附量可以在20℃和0.24 MPa达到4.39 mmol/g,而乙酸(AcOH)基的DES在相同条件下仅能达到0.85 mmol/g。这主要是由于MEA可以和CO2发生化学反应生成氨基甲酸单乙醇酰胺,而AcOH则仅为CO2的物理溶解。DES的吸附量随CO2分压升高而增大,随温度的升高而降低。特别是AcOH-TPAC-7的吸附量在25℃、0.24 MPa下比20℃、0.24 MPa衰减了40.2%。AcOH-TPAC-7的吸附量随水含量增加而增大,而MEA-TPAC-7呈现相反趋势。
【Abstract】 Although carbon capture technology has received widespread attention recently,there is still a lack of efficient carbon capture materials.Herein,we synthesized various deep eutectic solvents(DES) and compared the differences in sorption capacity from multiple perspectives.The sorption capacity of DES based on ethanolamine (MEA) can reach 4.39 mmol/g at 20℃ and 0.24 MPa,while DES consisted by acetic acid (AcOH) can only reach 0.85 mmol/g under the same conditions.This is mainly due to the chemical reaction between MEA and CO2to generate aminoformate monoethanolamide,while AcOH is only the physical dissolution of CO2molecules.The sorption capacity of DES increases with the enhancement of CO2partial pressure and decreases with the raise of temperature.Especially,the sorption capacity of AcOH-TPAC-7 attenuates by 40.2%at25℃ and 0.24 MPa compared to 20℃ and 0.24 MPa.The sorption capacity of AcOH-TPAC-7increases with the improvement of water content,while MEA-TPAC-7 manifests the opposite trend.
