ADS单人常压潜水装具中继站及作业工具的设计与改造

【摘要】 应武汉长江航道救捞局沉船打捞抢险的需求,为配合作业型ADS单人常压潜水装具的使用,开展中继站系统的设计与研究,其中包括:中继器中性缆绞车系统的研制,ADS啮合器和骑乘机构的研制,以及中继器水下液压系统的研制,并在研制过程中开展各项结构承载能力试验以验证设备的可靠性。同时,为满足水下作业的需求,在原有的水下液压作业工具的基础上进行改造,使其便于潜水服的夹持和作业。最终通过水池试验和长江三峡库区试验验证中继站和作业工具的实际使用效果。试验结果表明:单人常压潜水装具中继站及作业工具能够可靠地配合装具完成水下巡游、工具使用等一系列作业需求。

【Abstract】 In response to the needs of Wuhan Changjiang Waterway Rescue and Salvage Bure for wreck salvage and rescue and in order to cooperate with the use of atmospheric diving system(ADS), the design and research of the tether management system are carried out, including the development of the neutral cable winch system of the tether management system, the development of the ADS engager and riding mechanism and the development of the underwater hydraulic system of the tether management system, and in the process of development, load-bearing capacity tests of each structure are carried out to verify the reliability of the equipment. Meanwhile, to meet the needs of underwater operations, modifications are made on the basis of the original underwater hydraulic operation tools to make them easy to grip the diving suit and operate. Finally, the practical effects of the tether management system and operation tools are verified through water tank tests and tests in the Three Gorges Reservoir of the Yangtze River. The test results show that the tether management system and operation tools can reliably work together with the atmospheric diving system to fulfill a series of operational requirements such as underwater cruising and tool use.
