液环式航空燃油离心泵内流动特性分析

【摘要】 以液环式航空燃油离心泵为研究对象,对其内部流动特性进行数值分析,研究不同流量下航空燃油泵的熵产率、湍动能及涡核分布。结果表明:在不同流量下,液环泵熵产均占全部燃油泵熵产的50%以上,液环泵是整个燃油泵耗能的主要部位;设计流量下,总熵产值最小;熵产从大到小依次为湍流耗散熵产、壁面附近熵产、直接耗散熵产;随着流量的增大,湍动能的大小和分布区域都是先减小后增大,与熵产率分布规律相似;设计流量下,燃油泵内能量损失最小。

【Abstract】 Taking the liquid ring aviation fuel centrifugal pump as the research object, numerical analysis of its internal flow characteristics is carried out to study the entropy production rate, turbulence kinetic energy and vortex core distribution of the aviation fuel pump under different flow rates. The results show that, under different flow rates, the entropy production of the liquid ring pump accounts for more than 50% of the total entropy production of the fuel pump, and the liquid ring pump is the main part of energy consumption of the entire fuel pump. Under the design flow rate, the total entropy production value is the smallest. The entropy production in descending order is turbulence dissipation entropy production, entropy production near the wall and direct dissipation entropy production. With the increase of the flow rate, the magnitude and distribution area of turbulence kinetic energy decrease and then increase, which is similar to the distribution law of entropy production rate. Under the design flow rate, the energy loss in the fuel pump is minimum.
