基于ITS2对家蚕人工饲料霉变病原微生物的检测

【摘要】 【目的】探明引起家蚕人工饲料霉变的病原微生物,为制定防止家蚕人工饲料霉变决策提供科学依据。【方法】对饲料霉变区域随机取样,对其ITS2区域进行序列扩增检测,通过OTU聚类、物种注释和Alpha多样性分析其在不同分类水平下的物种组成。【结果】引起家蚕人工饲料霉变致病微生物主要生物学分类为真菌界(Fungi)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota, 99.98%~100%)、散囊菌纲(Eurotiomycetes, 99.80%~99.97%)、散囊菌目(Eurotiomycetes, 99.80%~99.97%)、毛刷囊菌科(Trichocomaceae, 99.80%~99.97%)、石座菌属(Petromyces,99.80%~99.96%)、黄曲霉菌(Aspergillus flavus,99.75%~99.91%)。【结论】引起家蚕人工饲料霉变的病原菌主要为真菌界的黄曲霉菌。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The pathogenic microorganisms of mildew in artificial diet for Bombyx mori were studied, which provided scientific reference for preventing the mildew of artificial feed for B.mori.【Method】Feed mildew regions were randomly sampled for sequence amplification in the ITS 2 region, and their species composition at different taxonomic levels were analyzed by OTU clustering, species annotation and Alpha diversity.【Result】The main biological classification of pathogenic microorganisms causing moldy artificial feed was fungi, Ascomycota(99.98%-100%), Eurotiomycetes(99.80%-99.97%), Eurotiomycetes(99.80%-99.97%), Trichocomaceae(99.80%-99.97%), Petromyces(99.80%-99.96%), Aspergillus flavus(99.75%-99.91%).【Conclusion】The main pathogenic bacteria that cause feed mildew is Asperillus flavus.
