【摘要】 随着国际安全进入较高风险阶段，全球安全治理面临着更为严峻的挑战。在全球安全治理进程中，中国一直积极作为，习近平总书记更是于2022年提出了全球安全倡议。该倡议包含“六个坚持”，在治理主体、治理客体、治理原则、治理目标、治理特征等方面不同于西方传统安全治理观。全球安全倡议的生成遵循相应的逻辑机理，涉及中华传统文化根基、马克思主义理论根基以及新中国成立以来外交实践根基等，全球安全倡议是这些因素共同作用的结果。全球安全倡议具有显著的时代意义，包括提供国际安全与危机问题的治理之道、创新全球安全治理体系的变革之路、夯实世界共同发展与繁荣的安全之基、构建通向人类命运共同体的顺畅之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the world has entered an era of heightened risk in security environment, global security governance is facing more severe challenges and daunting tasks. China has been playing an active role in the process of global security governance, offering Chinese solutions, especially the global security initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping. The global security initiative encompasses the “six commitments”, which differ from traditional western concepts of security governance in terms of the subjects, objects, principles, objectives, and characteristics of governance. The logic behind the global security initiative is built on the foundation of traditional Chinese culture, Marxism, and the diplomatic practice of the People’s Republic of China since its establishment. The global security initiative has significant contemporary relevance, providing governance approaches to issues of international security and crises, blazing a trail for the transformation of the global security governance system, consolidating the security foundation for common development and prosperity in the world, and building a smooth path towards a global community of shared future.更多还原
