【摘要】 以福建省不同地区卫生资源配置公平性为研究对象，通过2014—2023年统计年鉴收集福建省不同地区及全国2013—2022年的卫生资源数据并进行比较分析。结果发现，福建省卫生资源配置整体处于中等偏下水平，且区域分布不均衡。以卫生资源集聚度为指标，按照地理面积和人口数分布对福建省不同地区卫生资源进行配置公平性分析，发现卫生资源按照人口数配置比按地理面积配置具有更好的公平性。在此基础上，通过构建灰色GM(1,1)模型预测2023—2030年福建省不同地区及全国卫生资源的发展趋势，以期为福建省卫生资源配置提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the equity of the health resource allocation in different regions of Fujian Province.The data of the health resource in different regions of Fujian Province and the national average level of health resource during 2013 to 2022 were collected from the statistical yearbooks ofofficialsections. Compared the health resource in different regions of Fujian province with the national average level, the results showed that the allocation in Fujian Province was in lower middle level, and the regional distribution was unbalanced. The Health Resource Agglomeration Degree was used to analyze the equity of health resource allocation of Fujian Province according to the distribution of geographical area and population, and it was found that the equity of health resource allocation according to population was better than that according to geographical area. On this basis,we used the Grey Model GM(1,1) to predict the developing trend of health resource in different regions of Fujian Province and the whole country from 2023 to 2030. According to the forecast results of the Grey Model GM(1,1), this paper provides a reference for decision-making of health resource allocation in Fujian Province.更多还原
