一种快速检测环境水中苯硫酚的荧光探针

【摘要】 以噻唑半花菁为荧光团(HD), 2,4-二硝基苯磺酸酯为识别基团,合成了一种基于分子内光诱导电荷转移机制的“off-on”型荧光探针HD-B。探针HD-B溶液本身荧光较弱且无色,加入苯硫酚(PhSH)后,探针HD-B与其发生芳香亲核取代反应,反应可迅速达到平衡,反应过程中苯磺酸酯键断裂,释放出荧光团,使得570 nm处的荧光强度增加,溶液也由无色变为橙色。探针HD-B对PhSH有良好的定量检测能力,线性响应范围为0~10μmol/L,检出限为0.06μmol/L,对环境水样中PhSH检测的回收率为94.3%~105.4%。该探针可用于环境水样中PhSH的检测。

【Abstract】 In this work, an “off-on” fluorescent probe HD-B based on photoinduced electron transfer mechanism was synthesized using thiazole hemicyanine as the fluorophore and 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonate as the recognition group. The probe HD-B solution exhibits weak fluorescence emission and is colorless. After adding thiophenol, HD-B undergoes a nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction, which rapidly reaches equilibrium. In the process of this reaction, the benzenesulfonate bond was cracked, releasing the fluorophore, leading to the increment of fluorescence intensity at 570 nm, and simultaneously the solution color change from colorless to orange. The probe HD-B showed excellent quantitative detection ability for thiophenol, with a linear response in the range of 0-10 μmol/L and the detection limit of 0.06 μmol/L. Furthermore, the recoveries of thiophenol in environment water samples were 94.3%-105.4%. This probe can be used for the detection of thiophenol in environmental water samples.
