快速测定青蒿素的创新型分析化学实验设计与实践
Design and Teaching Practice of Innovative Analytical Chemistry Experiment Based on Rapid Determination Method of Artemisinin
【摘要】 结合药学专业特点,基于理论知识和实际应用相结合,将教师青蒿素快速测定方法的科研成果转化为本科学生分析化学实验课程的教学项目,提高学生对理论知识的理解,让学生真正懂得理论知识的实际应用。通过把青蒿药材中青蒿素的快速测定方法应用于对劣质药材的初步筛选,培养药学学生的专业素养和职业道德,并融入屠呦呦发现青蒿素的全过程进行课程思政教育,培养学生坚持不懈、刻苦钻研、报效祖国的科学精神和爱国情怀,全面提高学生的综合素质。该实验项目将教师的科研工作和本科生的实验教学工作有机地结合在一起,实现了科研向教学的渗透和转化,提高了教学质量和效果,实现了科教转化和融合。
【Abstract】 Combined with the characteristics of pharmacy specialty and the combination of theoretical knowledge with practical application, the scientific research results of the rapid determination method of artemisinin by teachers were transformed into the experimental teaching projects of analytical chemistry experiments for undergraduate students, so as to improve students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge and make students truly understand the practical application of theoretical knowledge. Through the rapid determination of artemisinin in artemisiae annuae herba, it is applied to the preliminary screening of inferior medicinal materials to cultivate students’ professional quality and professional ethics. The whole process of Tu’s discovery of artemisinin were further integrated into the curriculum ideological and political education to cultivate students’ perseverance, study hard, serve the motherland’s patriotic feelings and professional spirit, and comprehensively improve students’ comprehensive quality. This experimental project combined the scientific research work of teachers with the experimental teaching work of undergraduates, realized the infiltration and transformation of scientific research into teaching, improved the teaching quality and effect, and realized the transformation and integration of science and education.
