【摘要】 低龄老人参与社区志愿服务是实践“积极老龄化”的重要举措。当前，低龄老人的人力资源存在大量闲置，社会价值未得到有效开发。因此，动员低龄老人成为社区志愿者并持续参与社区志愿服务具有重要意义。本研究基于对北京市15位退休老人的深度访谈，结合资源理论探索低龄老人参与社区志愿服务的影响因素，构建低龄老人志愿者的三层次生态系统模型。其中，微观系统涵盖低龄老人的人力资本，中观系统包括低龄老人的社会资本及社区管理和志愿者管理，宏观系统则涉及政策引导与低龄老人的政治信仰等文化资本。本研究探讨各个因素在各自生态系统以及不同系统间的动态相互作用如何影响低龄老人的社区志愿行为，最后从社区管理和政府政策角度提出促进老年人参与社区志愿服务的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The participation of young elderlies in community volunteering is an important measure to practice “active aging.” As abundant human resources of young elderlies have not been effectively utilized, it is of great significance to mobilize young elderlies to become community volunteers. This study explores the influencing factors of young elderlies’ participation in community voluntary services, based on the data collected by in-depth interviews with 15 retired young elderlies in Beijing. We then construct a three-level social ecological system model for young elderly volunteers. The micro-level system covers the human capital of the elderlies, the meso-level system includes social capital and community environment, and the macro-level system involves policy guidance and cultural capital. This study also explores how various factors dynamically interact with each other within same and among different ecological systems to affect the community volunteering behavior of young elderlies. Finally, this study proposes suggestions to promote their participation in community volunteering from the perspectives of community management and government policies.更多还原
