含硫介质中油气管道用X80钢的腐蚀行为及机理

【摘要】 在动态非含硫腐蚀环境以及动态含硫腐蚀环境中对油气管道用X80钢进行腐蚀试验,对腐蚀产物的宏观形貌及微观形貌、腐蚀产物成分进行了分析,并采用电化学测试方法对X80钢的腐蚀过程及机理进行了研究。结果表明:在非含硫环境中X80钢的腐蚀产物与基体结合更加紧密,能够对基体起到一定保护作用;而在含硫环境中,X80钢表面生成的FeS沉淀结构疏松,为离子提供了快速通道,加速了钢的腐蚀。

【Abstract】 The corrosion test of X80 steel for oil and gas pipeline was carried out in dynamic non-sulfur-containing corrosion environment and dynamic sulfur-containing corrosion environment. The macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the corrosion products and the composition of the corrosion products were analyzed. The results show that the corrosion products of X80 steel in non-sulfur-containing environment were closely bound to the substrate, and played a certain role in protecting the substrate. However, in the sulfur-containing environment, the FeS precipitation structure formed on the surface of X80 steel was loose, which provided a fast channel for ions and accelerated the corrosion of the steel.
