电磁炉用耐热陶瓷面板性能对比研究
Comparation on Properties of Different for Heat Resisting Ceramic Panels for Induction Cooker
【摘要】 堇青石-莫来石质低膨胀陶瓷具有高强度、低膨胀系数、热稳定性能好等优异性能。本文以“无锂”堇青石陶瓷替代“含锂”微晶玻璃用于家用电磁炉面板,通过对比研究不同耐热陶瓷面板的热学、力学和应用性能,并做物相组成和孔结构参数分析,来建立陶瓷面板本征性能与应用性能的联系。结果表明,通过控制Al/Mg比和杂质成分,可以有效调控堇青石耐热陶瓷的相组成和气孔结构参数,制备的耐热陶瓷板的显气孔率>20%,抗折强度>30 MPa,热膨胀系数(0~600℃)<3×10-6/℃,能抵抗1.8 kg机械冲击和干烧淋水测试,可有效替代微晶玻璃在电磁炉面板上的应用。
【Abstract】 Cordierite-mullite low expansion ceramics have excellent properties such as high strength,low expansion coefficient,and good thermal stability.In this work,"lithium-free"cordierite ceramics were used instead of"lithium-containing"glass-ceramic for household induction cooker panels.By comparing the thermal,mechanical and application properties of different heat-resistant ceramic panels,and analyzing the phase composition and pore structure parameters,the relationship between the intrinsic properties and application performance of ceramic panels were established.The results showed that the phase composition and pore structure parameters of cordierite heat-resistant ceramic could be effectively controlled by adjusting the Al/Mg ratio and impurity composition.When the apparent porosity of the heat-resistant ceramic panels produced is greater than 20%,the flexural strength of is greater than 30 MPa,and the thermal expansion coefficient is less than 3×10-6/℃(600℃),it can resist 1.8kg mechanical impact and dry-burn water spray tests,and replace the glass-ceramic in the application of induction cooker panels.
