【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺联合康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）患者腰椎功能的影响。方法 选取2023年1—10月该院收治的94例LDH患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各47例。对照组采用常规康复训练，观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、腰部活动范围及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%，高于对照组的85.11%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4周后，观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组，日本骨科协会评分高于对照组，屈曲、伸展活动度均大于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺联合康复训练应用于LDH患者，可提高康复治疗效果，促进疼痛程度及腰椎功能的改善，并扩大腰部活动范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods A total of 94 LDH patients admitted to the hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects, using a random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Compare the pain degree,Lumbar function, lumbar range of motion, and clinical efficacy between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%, which was higher than the 85.11% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score was higher than that of the control group, and the flexion and extension range of motion were both greater than those of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in patients with LDH can improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment, promote the improvement of pain degree and lumbar function, and enhance the range of lumbar activity.更多还原
