【Abstract】 Frailty is the most problematic expression of population ageing. It is of great significance to choose appropriate conceptual frameworks and assessment instrument based on the purpose of frailty assessment for understanding and managing frailty. This article summarized the conceptual framework of frailty assessment, the advantages and disadvantages of common frailty assessment instrument, and the selection points. At the same time, it elaborated and introduced the pathogenesis and assessment content of frailty based on traditional Chinese medicine theory in China, with the aim of providing reference for theoretical innovation and development of frailty research in China.更多还原
