铝粉用助燃材料及技术研究进展

【摘要】 铝粉是火炸药行业中最常用的金属燃料。如何使铝粉在火炸药中燃烧并尽可能反应完全,一直是研究者需要解决的难题,因此,系统地对铝粉用助燃材料及技术进行了综述,并对不同助燃材料对铝粉燃烧的促进作用机制进行了分析。结果表明,高氯酸铵(AP)、含氟材料、含硝基的化合物、叠氮类材料等对铝粉都有明显的助燃作用。采用自组装工艺制备的含铝复合材料使铝粉反应完全更加有效。

【Abstract】 Aluminum powder is the most commonly used metal fuel in the explosives and propellants industry.How to make aluminum powder react as completely as possible in explosives and propellants has always been a difficult problem to solve. The combustion-assisted materials and technologies for aluminum powder are systematically reviewed and the different mechanism of promoting the combustion of aluminum powder is analyzed in this paper. Ammonium perchlorate(AP), fluorine-containing materials, nitro-containing compounds, azide-based materials, etc. have significant auxiliary effects on the oxidation of aluminum powder, and the aluminum-containing composites prepared by self-assembly process can help aluminum powder react completely more effectively.
