【摘要】 目的 探讨脊柱旁正中短轴斜扫描超声定位行腰硬联合麻醉在肥胖产妇无痛分娩中的临床应用效果。方法 选取60例无痛分娩产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各30例。对照组采用传统手触摸体表进行标志定位，研究组采用脊柱旁正中短轴斜扫描进行标记定位，比较两组穿刺成功时间、穿刺次数及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组穿刺成功时间短于对照组，穿刺次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率为13.33%，低于对照组的46.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脊柱旁正中短轴斜扫描超声定位行腰硬联合麻醉应用于肥胖产妇无痛分娩中，能明显缩短穿刺时间，减少穿刺次数，降低并发症发生率，值得推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of combined lumbar epidural anesthesia with oblique scan ultrasound localization in painless delivery of obese parturients. Methods 60 painless delivery mothers were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used traditional hand touch on the body surface for marking positioning, while the study group used paraspinal short axis oblique scanning for marking positioning. The success time, number of punctures, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success time of puncture in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the number of punctures was less than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was 13.33%, lower than 46.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of combined lumbar epidural anesthesia with oblique scan ultrasound localization in the paraspinal midline can significantly shorten the puncture time, reduce the number of punctures, and reduce the incidence of complications in painless delivery of obese women.
