双极膜电渗析再生处理氨氮的阳离子交换树脂

【摘要】 采用阳离子交换树脂去除饮用水中低浓度氨氮并应用双极膜电渗析技术再生阳离子交换树脂。研究了双极膜电渗析技术树脂再生性能,确定了最佳再生条件。结果表明,当槽电压为15 V,树脂室循环液初始pH值为3,不同氨氮吸附量的树脂,其再生率均达到55%以上。该方法较相同浓度酸再生法,再生率由0.54%提升至63.34%。此外,该方法可一定程度降低树脂的铁中毒。

【Abstract】 This study utilized cation exchange resin to remove low concentrations of ammonia nitrogen from drinking water and regenerated the resin using bipolar membrane electrodialysis technology.The regeneration performance of the resin was evaluated, and optimal conditions for regeneration were determined.The results indicated that the regeneration rate of the resin, across different resins with varying levels of ammonia nitrogen adsorption, exceeded 55% with a bath voltage of 15 V and an initial circulating fluid pH of 3 in the resin chamber.Compared to the acid regeneration method at the same concentration, this method increased the regeneration rate from 0.54% to 63.34%.Additionally, this method mitigated iron poisoning of the resin to a certain extent.
