利用钙镁质磷尾矿制备镁钙耐火颗粒研究

【摘要】 鄂西地区磷尾矿以钙镁质为主,且白云石含量(质量分数)达到75%以上。经过反浮选除磷-正浮选提钙镁的工艺流程后,钙镁回收率到到60%以上,MgO品位达到20%以上。将提纯后钙镁组分通过造粒-预煅烧-分级-改性后,可制得体积密度为3.09 g/cm~3、耐火度大于1 800℃、荷重软化温度1 660℃、常温耐压强度为58.4 MPa的钙镁耐火颗粒,且通过熔炼钢试验证明尾矿中的磷元素不会在冶炼过程中熔入到钢液中,验证了磷尾矿基耐火材料应用于冶金行业的可行性。

【Abstract】 The phosphorus tailings in the western Hubei region are mainly composed of calcium and magnesium, the content of dolomite reaches over 75%. After the process of reverse flotation for phosphorus removal and positive flotation for calcium and magnesium extraction, the recovery rate of calcium and magnesium reaches over 60%, and the MgO grade reaches over 20%. After the purified calcium and magnesium components are granulated-pre-calcined-graded-modified, calcium and magnesium refractory particles with volume density of 3.09 g/cm~3, refractory degree greater than 1 800 ℃, load softening temperature of 1 660 ℃, and room temperature compressive strength of 58.4 MPa can be produced. The feasibility of using phosphorus tailings based refractory materials in the metallurgical industry has been verified through steel smelting tests, which have shown that phosphorus elements in tailings will not be integrated into the steel during the smelting process.
