用于图像采集的水果输送装置设计
Design of Fruit Conveying Device for Image Acquisition
【摘要】 机器视觉技术是实现水果外观品相智能化分选的重要手段。为了让机器视觉中的图像采集装置获取水果全面外观信息,设计一种让球类水果在输送过程中多方向旋转的装置。该装置主要由传送机构、果杯机构以及换向机构组成,通过整个果杯机构换向以实现对球类水果表面图像的全面采集。
【Abstract】 Machine vision technology is an important means to achieve intelligent sorting of fruit appearance. In order to enable the image acquisition device in machine vision to obtain comprehensive appearance information of fruits,a device is designed that allows spherical fruits to rotate in multiple directions during transportation. The device mainly consists of a conveying mechanism,a fruit cup mechanism,and a reversing mechanism. The entire fruit cup mechanism is reversed to achieve comprehensive acquisition of surface images of spherical fruits.
